Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met: long-range strategic planning for outlet operation. College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management, two to three years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Rooms A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States Comprehensive Benefits
