Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our Vancouver team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales representatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
  • Schedule and confirm in-home consultation appointments
  • Accurately enter and update customer information
  • Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and internal teams
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or appointment setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer and data entry skills

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Some evening and weekend availability may be required
