Administative Assistant

About the Role:

Touching Hearts at Home in Abilene, TX is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our compassionate team! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in a company dedicated to making a real difference in people's lives every day.

Schedule will be Monday-Friday 9am-1pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and office staff
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and reporting
• Greet and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Support HR and scheduling functions as needed
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus
