- Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, progress, and response to interventions
- Assist with childbirth, including preparing and supporting mothers through labor
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care
- Strong knowledge of labor and delivery procedures and protocols
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with compassion
