Snowflake is looking for a driven Commission Analyst to join our growing Sales Commission Team. This role will be responsible for administering sales commission plans, ensuring accurate and timely payout of commissions, and providing valuable insights into sales performance. This role requires a strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Snowflake is looking for a driven Commission Analyst to join our growing Sales Commission Team. This role will be responsible for administering sales commission plans, ensuring accurate and timely payout of commissions, and providing valuable insights into sales performance. This role requires a strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer sales commission plans, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Calculate and process sales commissions accurately and on time.
- Reconcile commission statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales operations to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the implementation of new commission plans and incentive programs.
- Respond to commission-related inquiries from the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant audit requirements and internal controls.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to sales compensation and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in sales commission administration, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is required.
- Experience with commission management software (e.g., Xactly, SPIFF, CaptivateIQ) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes and compensation structures.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $128,000 - $178,500.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
