- CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated clinical competency
- Accurately record medical histories.
- Take and record vital signs, collect samples for lab testing.
- Administer medications and perform approved procedures and care.
- Monitor patient condition and compose patient charts.
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
- Communicate with patients’ families to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions
- Provide supervision to CNAs and LPNs and assist as necessary
