Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position on Monday-Friday day shift with no weekends, holidays, or call.
- Provides outpatient pre/post-operative care across various specialties in a Day Surgery setting.
- Responsible for patient admission, preparation, recovery, and discharge, including acting as circulator and liaison.
- Requires an Illinois RN license, BLS certification, and either a diploma, associate degree, or BSN.
- Involves assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, delegation, supervision, and collaboration with healthcare team.
- Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with policies, demonstrating professionalism, ethical decision-making, and patient advocacy.
- Participates in quality improvement, research, community initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
