Position Summary: The Chefs’ Warehouse is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and knowledgeable Receptionist to join our rapidly growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Report to work on time with a professional attitude.
• Responsible for scheduling inbound deliveries.
• Maintains accuracy of the credit and driver check-in processes.
• Create and print memos, correspondence, flyers, and other documents.
• Perform other clerical duties, as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

About you:

• Minimum education: High School Diploma
• Prefer previous customer service or call center experience, but not required
• Must be a self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work well with all departments and levels of staff, both internally & externally
