Select and stage parts for customer orders.
Craft "wow" moments for clientele by going above and beyond their expectations to ensure their utmost happiness.
Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner.
Communicate with and educate customers on our products.
Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.
Perform daily collection of credit accounts.
Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment.
Qualifications
1-2 years of prior driving experience
Previous Experience In a Customer Service Role Preferred
Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract required
Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve
Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
