What You Can Expect

Our Member Onboarding Specialists make a daily impact on the lives of members and prospective members by offering credit union services to save them time and money.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

  • 695 E 1000 N, Logan, UT 84321
  • Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, flexible schedule
  • Part-time, 25 hours per week
  • $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Commission + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
  • Provide exceptional service using phone/email communications.
  • Recognize member needs and cross-sell products and services.
  • Open new accounts, loans, and other services cross-sold.
  • Provide consistent member follow-up.
  • Comply with all regulations as required by law.
  • Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior sales-related experience preferred
