Job Summary:

They are seeking a Consumer Insights Analyst to integrate consumer feedback into product development, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insights that inform product innovation and business strategy.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the development and execution of robust qualitative and quantitative research plans to uncover consumer needs, category trends, and whitespace opportunities that inform product innovation and business strategy.

• Help develop and master an understanding of research tools, knowing when each is applicable or new methods are needed—including surveys, discussion guides, and stimuli—while managing both internal and external research partners to ensure high-quality, timely insights.

• Translate complex consumer feedback into clear, compelling insights and recommendations that influence product roadmaps, positioning strategies, and experience design.

• Identify emerging consumer behaviors and latent needs through primary and secondary research, connecting these to broader cultural and category trends to proactively shape early-stage product concepts.

• Act as a strategic partner to Product Development, Marketing, and Design teams—contributing to cross-functional planning, insight activation workshops, and go-to-market development.

• Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workstreams and mentoring junior team members to elevate the overall impact of the insights function.


Qualifications:


Required:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing, Psychology, or applicable quantitative discipline.

• 2+ years of consumer research experience in both qualitative and quantitative research (Market Research Position).

• Required: training and experience on moderating focus groups and one-on-one interviewing.


Preferred:

• Exposure to the CPG industry preferred.
