Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer develops engaging, learner-centered materials to support leadership development and coaching initiatives. This role ensures accessibility, consistency, and quality across all content and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Design and develop instructional materials for in-person and virtual delivery.
• Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create impactful content.
• Collaborate with facilitators and subject matter experts to produce cohesive curriculum materials.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• 5+ years of instructional design experience with adult or professional learners.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Experience in leadership or workforce development programs.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
• Experience in higher education or government organizations.
