We're looking for a passionate, strategic leader who can drive our vision forward and expand our impact in the community.
The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of nonprofit leadership experience, strategic planning skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting at-risk adolescent parents. One will oversee our innovative programs, including parenting classes, educational support, counseling, and career development initiatives. After hiring our first Development Director, the role will be pivotal in developing our first residential facility, conducting a capital campaign, and building strong relationships with staff, participants, donors, and community partners.

The compensation reflects the importance of this role, with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, complemented by health insurance stipends and generous paid time off. We offer an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of teen moms and their children, working in a collaborative, relationship-focused environment that celebrates individual growth and community impact.
Initial interviews with Valtas will begin immediately. Hope House Northern Colorado is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive, respectful workplace that values every individual's unique contribution.
