Stokke

Date: 8 hours ago
City: Stamford, CT
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
Contract type: Full time

Take Responsibility – The Position

As DTC Growth Manager – CRM & Affiliate Marketing, you will play a critical role in accelerating Stokke’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business by driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs, affiliate partnerships, and loyalty initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and fuel sustainable growth.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across CRM, email/SMS marketing, and affiliate management. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—Brand Marketing, Site Merchandising, Analytics, Inventory Planning, and Customer Service—to deliver personalized, high-performing journeys that reflect Stokke’s premium brand experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for a data-driven, customer-obsessed growth marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about unlocking new opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

Engage with Vision & Growth Mindset

  • Own the CRM strategy, including segmentation, personalization, and automated lifecycle campaigns (welcome, win-back, loyalty, retention).
  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach, acquire new customers, and generate incremental revenue.
  • Partner with Analytics to identify opportunities across the funnel and optimize conversion pathways.
  • Drive strategies focused on increasing repeat purchase rate, customer engagement, and lifetime value.

Drive Execution Across Channels

  • Manage email, SMS, and push campaigns using CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar.
  • Oversee affiliate network relationships—including onboarding, performance tracking, partner enablement, and compliance.
  • Ensure all CRM and affiliate initiatives align with promotional calendars, product launches, inventory changes, and key tentpole moments.
  • Execute targeted programs that deliver timely, relevant communications to priority segments.

Optimize, Automate & Scale

  • Develop and refine SOPs for CRM and affiliate workflows using a test-and-learn framework.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to elevate engagement, conversion, revenue, and retention metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to automate journeys, reduce friction, and improve the speed and quality of campaign execution.
  • Track campaign and affiliate updates using Smartsheet, Jira, and other project management tools to ensure transparency and accountability.

Collaborate & Report Like a Pro

  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Site Merchandising, Customer Service, and Ecommerce to ensure cohesive messaging throughout the customer journey.
  • Provide actionable insights on CRM performance (open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribes), retention trends, and affiliate ROI.
  • Report growth metrics to leadership and recommend data-backed strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Work with Analytics to understand customer behavior and inform future segmentation and targeting strategies.

Better Together – The Ideal Profile

You are a customer-centric, analytical, and growth-minded marketer with a passion for lifecycle optimization and performance marketing. You love digging into segments, refining journeys, and building programs that turn first-time buyers into loyal advocates. You’re collaborative, organized, and comfortable navigating complexity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM, affiliate marketing, retention, or growth marketing—ideally within a DTC ecommerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Attentive, Iterable, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, partner enablement, and performance optimization.
  • Experience using Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Data-driven approach with deep expertise in segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Special Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM execution tools, analytics platforms, and the Microsoft/Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, solve problems proactively, and operate with a growth mindset.
  • Desire to innovate, test, and continually elevate the customer experience.
