Job Overview

Top Knox Pools is seeking a driven and adaptable Construction Supervisor to join our growing team in the residential swimming pool construction industry. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing on-site operations, coordinating field labor, managing timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety are upheld. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor and maintain jobsite safety in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff regarding job progress and updates.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of jobsite activities and material usage.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, with supervisory experience required.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with a willingness to learn and the ability to teach others.
  • Adaptable and responsive in dynamic jobsite conditions.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday

Work Location

  • Onsite - Primarily within the Greater Eastern TN area with travel required based on project demands.
