- Familiarity with talent management process
- Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster engaging culture
- Desire to meet key company objectives
Restaurant Type:
- Quick service & fast-food restaurant
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- In addition to hourly pay, AGMs can potentially earn up to $550/month in bonus pay (performance-based KPIs)
- Total annual compensation potential: $48K - $52K
