Toyota’s Supply Chain and Fulfillment Transformation department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to connect the larger transformation mission and objective to new business processes and products that can deliver value to the customer, our company, and our people. This role will be supporting the development of these products to ensure the intent and value is realized.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this individual will be a detail-oriented, curious, and self-motivated problem solver who enjoys learning quickly and communicating effectively. They will work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional partners to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, ensuring that solutions support Toyota’s broader transformation goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in developing and maintaining proof-of-concept tools that track key metrics such as stability, profitability, and performance
- Support business stakeholders to identify needs, define KPIs, and ensure consistent data definitions
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for developers
- Monitor data quality and implement validation processes to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
- Prepare and deliver routine and ad-hoc performance reports with guidance from senior team members
- Contribute to translating complex analytics into clear, concise narratives for diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field or 1–3 years of experience (including internships, projects, or early career roles) in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related area
- Experience with or exposure to building and maintaining dashboards for performance tracking, profitability analysis, or operational reporting
- Experience gathering requirements, assisting in creating reporting solutions, and supporting projects from concept to delivery
- Familiarity with extracting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint reviews, demos) and assist in documenting outcomes
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
- Travel up to 10%
- Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or other advanced analytics and business intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with Agile practices; Scrum Master or Product Owner certification a plus
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R for advanced data analysis
- Proven ability to design intuitive, user-friendly customer dashboards
- Background in business process mapping using tools like Visio Pro or Lucidchart
- Experience working with external vendors, suppliers, or customer-facing data products
