Customer Account Rep (Off On Sundays)

Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support day-to-day account needs, deliver excellent service, and help build positive long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a smooth experience throughout each interaction. This position includes a regular schedule with Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist with account updates, service requests, order status questions, and general support needs.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems.
• Resolve issues effectively while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.
• Follow up on pending customer requests to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and account accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support process efficiency.

• Previous experience in customer service, account support, sales support, or a related field is preferred.
